@MojangSupport child trying to migrate minecraft to MS. Not being allowed to play multiplayer. What do we need to do to fix? If not how do we get a refund because you’ve stopped him playing the game.

We'd be happy to help! For the multiplayer issue, please make sure that your privacy settings have been adjusted inside the Xbox Live account itself. Also, can you let us know what issues you're running into when trying to migrate the account? ^BT

Why would I have an Xbox live acc? I ended up giving him my details and buying the game again. I feel like I’ve been striped. Terrible.
