Hello @MojangSupport , I purchased a long time ago minecraft for android, which then became minecraft bedrock edition. But even though i have minecraft bedrock i am not able to get minecraft java. I have a microsoft account and can play minecraft bedrock normally through launcher

The Java & Bedrock PC bundle is not available for mobile devices. If you have the Windows 10 version already, then you should be able to claim Java Edition. If you're encountering any errors, then please reach out to Support for further assistance: bit.ly/3uO21ER. ^FF

@MojangSupport by buying the mobile device version (bedrock edition) I was able to get it also on windows 10. Soon after that came the promotion of also getting the java edition, but so far I couldn't get it
