Heyy so there's this horrible glitch that has been a thing for like a year now, you cannot access the marketplace, your skins or your emotes (This is on Windows) The only way to fix this is to actually just BUY A NEW PC/LAPTOP Please Share @Minecraft @MojangSupport @Mega_Spud

Thank you so much for the reply! So we tried Googling and looking on YouTube for fixes but couldn't find anything We also tried deleting and reinstalling the game twice and tried using a Resource Pack that resets the persona file However nothing has worked

To rule out any connection issues, if you have a firewall, antivirus software, or a VPN, check the settings to be sure that these aren't blocking/slowing your connection. If possible, you may try connecting using an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi. Let us know if this helps! ^FF

She always has an Ethernet cable plugged into her PC She asked her parents to disable her VPN/Antivirus/Firewall App, but they refused to disable it unfortunately However she has always had the Security App, and it only started happening for this PC after about a month
