@MojangSupport hi, I have 拢6 that comes out of my bank account every month. Pretty sure its done Minecraft subscription one of my kids had. No one can remember any logins anymore and we've gone from xbox to ps4 to pc and back on xbox. How do I cancel it with my bank?

That's the problem. No idea of gamertag. My son might remember his but daughter cannot at all. Only receipt I have is the bank account showing it coming out.

If you're wanting to just cancel the subscription I suggest calling your bank and blocking any and add payments. I wouldn't usually suggest this but you don't remember what platform it's on and I imagine it's only a matter of time before you get charged again. ^Tk
