@Minecraft please help - we play on switch, I purchased Jurassic world dlc, we played twice & it was fine. Now every time we play it keeps saying error occurred & game closes. It’s just on Jurassic park all other saves/dlc work fine. My little boy is devastated as he loves dinos

@Minecraft and @MojangSupport - Same happening to me after purchasing the DLC yesterday. My little boy has even deleted all his Worlds he’s spent building in, as he is desperate to play this? Can you update as to what is going on and what a fix looks like?

Hi, I’ve filled it the form & submitted it but it took me back to the troubleshooting page. Theres now 11 votes & 12 people watching my Jira. It’s MCPE-160800 please can someone at mojang support acknowledge the Jira now & start looking at it or refund the coins? Please advise
