@MojangSupport I migrated my son’s Mojang account to Microsoft some time ago. Now when he logs in he is only given the option to play the demo. Please help.

This usually mean syou're not logging in with the correct credentials that you migrated the account over to. You can read more on Demo Mode here: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^TK
