@MicrosoftHelps making it frustrating to fix a billing issue. Going through @mojang now to see why my son's realm shows expired when it's been an active subscription for months and was paid again 5 days ago. Ms support says "restart your PC" for the cloud based service....

Lmao @MojangSupport Gave the answer of "well we can activate your realm for the next 30 days but then it's gone sorry". That's an annoying pain in the ass that doesn't actually fix the issue, why is my billing through Microsoft all of a sudden disconnected from my son's realm.

Sometimes Realms don't push through and we have to extend them manually which cancel's the subscription! Though its not the best experience, creating a new Realm and uploading that World to that new Realm will get the subscription running correctly. ^TK
