@MojangSupport Hola, un amigo tiene un problema respecto a Minecraft, el tenía comprado Minecraft java edittion, lo compró con cuenta de Microsoft y jugó perfectamente. Ahora tiene un nuevo ordenador y al iniciar sesión con la misma cuenta, no le sale que tenga comprado el juego.

When you're seeing demo mood it's usually a sign that they are not signing in with the correct credentials. Are they migrated to a Microsoft account by chance? ^TK
