@MojangSupport question, purchased Java & Bedrock for PC for my son via Microsoft Store but it's still wanting us to purchase it in the Launcher. Help?

Microsoft ended up refunding the money and we tried purchasing it again with it working this time. They could see that I had bought it but couldn't understand why it kept saying I had to keep buying it. Thanks!
