@MojangSupport Can you help me with this problem I have with Minecraft Bedrock? What happens is that when I open the game, it stays on a red screen for a few seconds and then the game closes, I open it again and the same thing happens

Crashes are never fun to deal with. Can you let us know if your game is on the latest version, and what, if any, troubleshooting steps you've tried so far? ^FF

Yes, it is updated to the latest official version. This problem has happened to me before, but I only had to open and close the game about 3 times, but now the error is worse.
