I have completed the request form before but never got an answer. I have lost access to the email account I use to log in and I can't confirm my email in order to migrate. The Mojang form to change my email shows me "Request Denied". It's been that way for months now.

That's very strange to hear that you're getting this error with the request form. Can you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing when you try to submit the form? Please make sure to block out any personal information in order to keep your details safe and secure! ^FF
