My Minecraft doesn't work anymore! Whenever I try to downloading it, it says that there has been an error, and since a week ! Why can't I play anymore? @MojangSupport

Can you let us know what exact error you're seeing when you try downloading the game? Also, what platform/version of Minecraft are you trying to play? ^FF

When I am trying to download it, it just says "there has been an error" . I've try by the Microsoft store and by the launcher itself, and I can't play anymore without any reason. I'm playing on windows.
