@MojangSupport Hi my girlfriend is having an issue where her ps4 account says oops account already connected but she doesn't have any other accounts

Is she seeing an error message with a different Gamertag that's linked to her PSN account, or does the error not specify which account she should be logging into? If you're able to share a photo/screenshot of the exact error, we can better assist you with this! ^FF

It doesn't show another account it just says it's connected to another account. We even made new psn accounts for her

Sounds like she's linking an account that has already been used to link to another PSN account. Account linking is permanent, so be sure she's using the correct login info for her PSN account.​ For help with Microsoft accounts, contact their support: bit.ly/3ICFoJ7. ^FF
