Can you let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far, if any? Please also make sure that your game is up to date and running the latest version of Minecraft. ^FF

Deleting cache data, logging in & out, Uninstalling & reinstall, wifi configuration, pretty much everything I know & still does this to me & a few others I know since the update happened.
