@MojangSupport Hey Mojang Support - this latest update has caused my friends realm that we all play on to crash when he tries to load into the realm. He's tried rolling back the update and deleting the corrupt files (Bedrock version, he plays kn PS4) Anything will be helpful!

What's happeneing when they go ahead and roll the Realm back? Is it just not working or are you getting an error? ^TK

Apparently there was a corrupt file or something in the texture pack he was using (which only came after the update). Once he removed the texture pack and re-updated Minecraft, it was able to work fine for him.
