@MojangSupport we have been having issues with trying to get some friends in one of my worlds on bedrock edition I’ve checked all my multiplayer settings and there all fine can you give us some options of how to resolve this

I imagine they are all playing with Windows 10 version of the game and their settings are set up correctly? ^TK

No there are all on the Xbox version
