@MojangSupport My son is trying to play minecraft on the computer, curseforge I think, but it keeps coming up with 0000 in stead of words. Any advice please, we have included a picture. We have also tried rebooting the computer, but doesn't seem to have worked

@LunaCupcake5 is on to something here! If that doesn't work I would suggest a clean reinstall as it could also be a corrupt file. Since an update rolled out the Firewall/Antivirus may have not allowed all the files to be updated properly. ^TK
