@MojangSupport Why does it suddenly tell me we don't own minecraft when we've had it for a decade and have been playing since migration? As of yesterday it says we can only play demo and need to purchase (have one all things found online: sign out/reboot, double check email etc)

Normally a demo issue happens when you're logging into an account that doesn't have a game license. Just to check, are you using the Microsoft log-in when trying to access your game? Also, please make sure you're logging in with the correct Gamertag! ^BT

We do have a license. Had one for 10 years. Migrated successfully. He played a couple weeks ago just fine. Tried yesterday and launcher just says play demo or purchase. Same login. Same info.
