@MojangSupport I can't install MC windows 10, been trying for 2 hours

Are you seeing any error messages, or does it just appear to be continuously loading with the "..." in the green button? Can you let us know what, if any, troubleshooting you've already tried so far? ^FF

It just continues to load with the dots and the message that says error at the bottom. I’ve tried to Reinstall the launcher from the store and the website and I’ve tried installing on both of my drives. I turned off my firewall and used the Microsoft store cache command too.

I also updated windows but I do not want to do a clean boot of my system
