@MojangSupport i transfered my accaunt to microsoft and played the game normally but after a few months without playing it says i dont have the game and have to buy it. i still have the emails from when i transfered the accaunt this is crazy

Are you making sure that you're logging in with the correct credentials and logging in through the Microsoft Launcher? ^TK

yes. even when i log in through the website it still says i dont own minecraft on the accaunt. and i still have the emails from when i transfered from mojang to microsoft so it is the right accaunt. microsoft support told me to talk to you guys to check what happened
