Well the email always tell me to go look after the FAQ but that won't help... But you can't do it ? I mean if I give you my name on Minecraft you can't help me ?

I've lost my account and my money. Thanks Mojang and Microsoft. The website don't help me, I give all my information but the only answer is "look to faq" and redstone message. I guess I won't play the game anymore
