I sent you a DM. Two realms I created in Preview will stop loading at this screen. There's no use in creating another if it's going to do the same thing

Try deleting your cache and use a different browser/device if possible & ensure you have a good internet connection. You might also check to see that JavaScript is enabled, and try disconnecting any VPNs you may have running. You may also need to disable any browser addons. ^FF

Are you submitting your ticket to us through your console, or are you using an internet browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Edge on a PC/laptop or mobile device? If one device isn't loading the page properly, it might help to try using another device (if possible). ^FF
