@MojangSupport I won’t receive the email to reset my security questions and already followed the instructions of the FAQ. The email support only refers me to the FAQ. What can I do? How can I talk to a real person?

You will need to continue to work with the agent in your support ticket and let them know the faq did not assist. ^TK
