@MojangSupport i’ve been having an issue with the bedrock version of the game, i play on an xbox one S and when i try to load the game on my account it always says there is a temporary network issue and makes me play offline i have no clue why it does this

Are you playing on WiFi or Hardwire and have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling to see if that assists in the matter? ^TK

i play on on WIFI i’ve uninstalled a couple times and when i switch on to a different account or console there is no issue, the game will sync for data like normal on another profile

I would at least try to switch to a hardwire connection and see if it does the same thing. If it doesn't we can rule out it being console side and point it towards interference. ^TK
