@MojangSupport having problems accessing game and need to add people to a realm. Is there any way I can manage the realm if I cannot get onto my realm?

If you have an invite link handy, you can send it to them. Otherwise, you'll need to be able to access your realm. Can you let us know what issues you're facing with getting into the game? We're happy to try and help! ^FF
