Not to worry, we have a few ways to solve this! Demo issues usually happen when you're logging into a Microsoft account that doesn't have a game license attached. Make sure you're logging into the right account, and you should be able to access your game! ^CR

Yeah that is what I first though but both my accounts have a game license attached so this wasn't the general issue. I gave up after not being able to fix it for months and just used my other account.
