@MojangSupport Please check your authentication server ,It seems that some Chinese users can't connect to authtication server.

We're not seeing anything out of the ordinary for authentication servers. If you're having issues can you tell me what troubleshooting steps you have tried? ^TK

The problem has been solved, Finally, it was found that the ip of the operator's computer room was blocked by an unknown source from accessing the authentication server.Thanks for your reply. :)
