Hey I've contacted your support on the website and they didn't help me so will you be able to help me with my Minecraft account that glitched and won't let me play? It's payed and legal and I can provide you all the proof it is

Are you trying to make a fool of me? I am 100% sure it's the right account as it's my only one and of course I've already checked all of the solutions on your website AND YouTube and none of them worked. Just admit it's a bug in your servers and get it fixed, for god's sake
