@MojangSupport I can't play, the launcher says I have to try the demo, I have bought the java and bedrock versions, but I can't play any of them, I can't log into my account on the official page

Generally if you're receiving that error it means you're logging into an account without the full game on it. Please doublecheck that you are using the correct Microsoft account to log in. You can view help tips here as well help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^AC

It is the correct account, also the launcher shows me the message that it cannot connect to the servers and then changes to only play demo
