@MojangSupport what is up with your game/mainframe/ severs am been having trouble getting on with my skin and now its not signing me been having this problem since the 1.19.11 update i mean it lagged a bit before but really i want real answers to problem no redirects

Can you let us know if you're playing Java or Bedrock, and what platform you're playing on? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far, if any? If you're seeing any error messages, screenshots will definitely be helpful as well! ^FF

Bedrock switch no error message has appeared i checked with way i pay yall it still up and i have great internet signal so i do not get it
