@MojangSupport I was having issues on me and my friends realms, it got sorted and now it has gotten worse by tenfold. The realm lost connection at around 9:50BST and has been closed since. Just wondering if you would have any ideas about what could be the cause or if you can help

I'm not seeing any large scale server issues taking place. Was anything built in the Realm recently that may have caused any issues within the Realm and does the owner of the Realm have a backup they can upload to a time before the issues occurred? ^TK
