@MojangSupport hi, i had my realm expired 2 months ago, and now i renewed it, but it still shown as expired until now, what should i do?

Are you saying the specialist didn't help you with the ticket or you haven't received a response yet? Do you happen to have the ticket number? ^TK

We're a bit backed up at the moment but if you submit the ticket number I can check to make sure it made it into the queue for assistance :) ^TK

I'm seeing that the specialist responded to you in the ticket on the 19th. You're going to need to respond to the ticket if you want to get assistance with your Realm. ^TK
