@MojangSupport Hi, I sent a support ticket, and received an email from you with a link to a page with nothing on it. The instructions in the email were to click "I'm still having trouble" if it didn't work, but there's nowhere to do so.

Have you tried using a different browser or device, if possible, to see if the page loads after clicking on that link? ^FF

Ya I spoke with someone who elevated my issue to a "minecraft defender" but I haven't heard back
