That appears to be an issue with your payment provider. I'm afraid you would need to reach out to your bank or financial institution for assistance. ^AC

Have you happened to try a different browser? Sometimes clearing your cache/cookies can usually help as well. ^TK

I tried Google Chrome and still couldn't get the payment interface in China
