@MojangSupport Me and my friends realm keeps having issues where the realm will disconnect all of us and roll back like 1-2 hours of work. what do?

Does the owner of the Realm have a backup before this issue started taking place? I would also suggest they try basic troubleshooting their connection to the server: Check firewall/antivirus, play on hardwire connection. ^TK

Thanks for the reply, we think the cause was because a member was loading a few thousand chunks per day and we made them stop for the sake of everyone, haven't had any issues since.
