@MojangSupport hi, i had my realm expired 2 months ago, and now i renewed it, but it still shown as expired until now, what should i do?

Are you saying the specialist didn't help you with the ticket or you haven't received a response yet? Do you happen to have the ticket number? ^TK

no respone yet, all i got was the request number

4248296 here it is, but im sure its not in the queue, because no1 contacted me since, and my realm still showing as expiered!!

I'm seeing that the specialist responded to you in the ticket on the 19th. You're going to need to respond to the ticket if you want to get assistance with your Realm. ^TK

The agent's reply should be in the inbox of the email address that was used when contacting us. If you're still unable to see it, please verify that your email filter/forwarding settings are not set up to prevent you from receiving any e-mails from noreply@mojang.com. ^FF
