@Mojang @MojangSupport I found a problem with my realm. First, I figure I should clearify 2 things, 1, it's BE, second, the world exceeded 2 GB, and the realm is at around 4,000 active members. Recently, I cannot, for whatever reason, edit the realm. Please, help us if you can.

This sounds like a private server if you have 4000 active members on the Realm. I can offer you basic troubleshooting but outside of that there isn't much assistance I can provide. What steps have you already tried? ^TK

There hasn't been much I can do. I have tried accessing the edit menu from both phone and computer. As of thus far, the only system I've had any access is on Console.

May be better to see if any of the community can assist since it is a private server. If I'm confused about your Realm please let me know. I'm assuming since you have 4000 active players though it is a private server. ^TK
