@Minecraft @MojangSupport the customer service is horrible. I have reached out every way I can find and no one will respond. I still, days later, have 2 purchases stuck in downloading.
I’m about to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Sorry about any delay you're encountering! We try to respond to tickets as quickly as possible in the order they were received and we appreciate your patience. Were these purchases made on the Minecraft Marketplace? Are you seeing any errors when trying to download them? ^FF

That's definitely no fun to deal with! It looks like this is a known issue that the team is looking into getting fixed. In the meantime, make sure Minecraft is running the latest version on all your devices & try signing out and back in to all Minecraft/Microsoft accounts. ^FF
