@MojangSupport Im having issues renewing my realm subscription... Ive gone through the necessary process however I haven't gotten a response could you assist ?

Payment issues are always frustrating. We recommend trying different browsers, clearing cache and different payment methods to see if you can get that payment to go through. ^AC

But I did pay to renew it’s just that the realm wasn’t renewed as soon as I finished the payment process
