@MojangSupport my son has been trying to sign into the server on #PS4 & hasn't succeeded... it would stay on loading screen after he made several attempts! He deleted the game today just to re-download it & now it's charging us when we had this game before π©π‘π€ WHYβοΈ#Minecraft

If you're receiving that error then you're likely not signing into the correct account. Please doublecheck you're using the correct Microsoft account to sign in and try that again. If you're still experiencing that issue let us know and we can look further into this. ^AC
