@MojangSupport Can you tell me why my world is not loading? I play on Xbox console but it no longer loads from the generate world screen, what can I do?

Are you playing on Wifi or a Hardwire connection? Also, when did this issue start happening? ^TK

I play via wired connection and the problem is since Sunday, July 17.
