@MojangSupport for almost 2 months now I have not been able to play online and I have tried everything I could think of to fix this. I have looked on the bug report and haven't found anything. I have downloaded the launcher about 4 times too. Is there anything else to do? Thanks!

I also do not have any access to my transaction ID and I can't log into my Microsoft account because any and all of my emails are incorrect which means I can't even reset my password because I'm not getting any emails to reset my password even.

It sounds like you lost access to your entire account. Either way, we other ways to verify you besides your transaction ID so you're still gonna have to reach out to support. ^TK

I have submitted my issues and so far I have only gotten an email to rate the service I've gotten so far and it says I have lost access to my entire account. What would be my next steps, I have gotten no further information. Thanks

I downloaded Minecraft onto a new device and it is working now. Thank you all so much for getting back to me and helping me to figure out what might be wrong. I will contact you if I have any future issues!
