Can I get help with refunding this. I go to @GooglePlay and they tell me to contact @telltalegames and they tell me to contact @MojangSupport and they tell me to contact GooglePlay. It just one big circle and I get nowhere

If the purchase is from 2015 we'll likely not be able to refund the purchase as it is over our refund policy. ^TK

So I payed $20 for a game I can no longer play?

Okay, so I have had Android for several years and it can be so finnicky. I was looking for my Robot Unicorn Attack game and it was no where to be found so to resolve that I had to go to my purchases and redownload it. See if you can find it there! ^TK

I am able to download the base game. My issue is that I am unable to download the extra chapters that I paid for because the content servers are no longer available
