@MojangSupport I wanted to ask support for awhile about this but when I created my Java edition account I couldn’t create a mojang account and I was only allowed to create the account using my Microsoft account, so i did, and I think a few weeks after I created my account-

they had announced they would be migrating Java accounts to Microsoft, and everyone would be getting a cape. I thought I would get one to since I created my account not long before that, what I am asking is that would there be anyway I could receive my cape? If not-

That’s completely fine, i just want to know if it’s possible to still get it. Or if I even qualify.

So it sounds like you purchased the Java edition that was connected to a Microsoft account. The migrator cape is for accounts that were migrated from Mojang to Microsoft. Since you did not have to migrate, you're not eligible for the cape. ^CR
