@MojangSupport my friend cant join any minecraft server or any friend's worlds. is there a fix for this?

Sounds like there's a permissions issue going on. Are they receiving any error messages when attempting to join? ^AC

only error message that shows is "Unable to connect to world". So far my friend cant join only some featured servers like Hive, and friend worlds.

If they are private servers we're not able to provide any assistance. The best option here is go through some basic troubleshooting steps: Change Wifi to Hardwire, check firewall antivirus, and make sure drivers are up to date. ^TK
