@MojangSupport I've been trying to contact you through web form and private message on twitter to no avail. Need help with an account. Minecraft java (purchased in 2016) disappeared from the account and can only play demo. Please check your private messages.

We do not answer DMS at this time but submitting a ticket was the right thing to do! Our queues are a bit backed up but we will get to your ticket soon enough. If you have the ticket number I can verify it made it into the queue. ^TK

I never got a ticket number. Just a half-second pop-up saying something like "form submitted." Tried 3 or 4 times. No email conf., no ticket no., nothing. If there's a link to submit, other than what I found after scouring dozens of pages, please post it here or dm me. Thanks!

Just tried again from a different computer and location to rule out a local issue. Still no ticket number. Is there anyway that you can create the ticket and send the number to me? I sent you all the information in my original dm: Since migrating we lost the game we bought.

We're not able to submit a ticket on your behalf. It's likely that you wont' get a ticket number since you're going through our assistance helpers first! If they are not supporting you make sure to ask them to escalate you. ^Tk

You're the only "helper" I've been able to communicate with since SUNDAY. Could you get me in touch with one of those "assistance helpers" you mention? I'd definitely like to contact them. I would have imagined that you, being @mojang's SUPPORT account, would help me.
