@MojangSupport for almost 2 months now I have not been able to play online and I have tried everything I could think of to fix this. I have looked on the bug report and haven't found anything. I have downloaded the launcher about 4 times too. Is there anything else to do? Thanks!

It sounds like you lost access to your entire account. Either way, we other ways to verify you besides your transaction ID so you're still gonna have to reach out to support. ^TK
