@MojangSupport I've been trying to contact you through web form and private message on twitter to no avail. Need help with an account. Minecraft java (purchased in 2016) disappeared from the account and can only play demo. Please check your private messages.

We do not answer DMS at this time but submitting a ticket was the right thing to do! Our queues are a bit backed up but we will get to your ticket soon enough. If you have the ticket number I can verify it made it into the queue. ^TK

This is the form I've been using since Sun. 7/17. I just did it again (4th? 5th time?). I've tried from various browsers and computers. Same thing: quick pop-up, I'm taken back to support page, no confirmation whatsoever. There _has_ to be a less tortuous way. Thanks!

This is the only way to get support from our support team! Make sure you're sending the support ticket to an email that you still have access too. ^TK

I've done this no less than 6 times over the past 5 days (since Sunday 7/17) and am yet to receive a single confirmation. Is this @mojang's underhanded way to force me to pay twice for the same product?
