Making a ticket is the best option to option which you mentioned that you've done already! Just to let you know, our queue is currently backed up. Do you happen to have the ticket number? I can check to see if it's made it to queue! ^CR

There is no numbers only auto response from zendesk and nothing next only wait to expire ticket and want again information what i give 10 times before and again and again

There is a ticket number if you're getting responses to it! Should be a 7 digit number located in the email. ^TK
