@MojangSupport Is there a person I can speak with? My son has Minecraft for Windows 10 via the Windows Store and cannot get the Bedrock and Java combined version.

The launcher shows bedrock edition ready to play but tells me to buy the Java and bedrock edition or play the Java demo. My account was able to activate Java day one. My son's account was only ever given the prompt to purchase java.
